Pre-commencement conditions must be discharged before work starts, and breaching a condition can lead to enforcement action. Long-term obligations such as biodiversity net gain monitoring and travel plans carry on after the building is finished.
Because we coordinated the evidence for your application, we already know the site, the consultants and the commitments. Carrying that knowledge into delivery avoids briefing a new team.
