PROJECT PACKAGES
For common project types, we bring the planning work and the usual specialist reports into one package. You get one appointment, one coordinated pack and one fixed fee, confirmed in writing after we review your drawings.
Rear, side or roof extensions and alterations to a house in a conservation area.
A single new dwelling on a garden, garage or infill site.
Small housing schemes, conversions to flats and mixed-use buildings with a few homes.
Converting a building to a new use, including houses in multiple occupation.
HOW PACKAGE PRICES WORK
Each package price is the total of the starting prices for the included services, as shown on each service page. Once we have your drawings and site details, we confirm one fixed fee covering everything in the package, plus any extra reports your site needs.
Council and application fees, specialist surveys, testing and purchased data are excluded unless stated in your quotation.
If the council declares your application invalid because a supporting document we scoped and prepared is missing or falls short of its validation list, we prepare or amend that document at no charge.
The guarantee covers the supporting documents listed in our written appointment. It does not cover drawings prepared by others, application fees, ownership certificates or forms, information you were asked to supply and did not, or validation requirements introduced or changed by the council after submission. We need the council's invalidation notice within 14 days of receipt.
